20 years Thunerseespiele

A very special event...

The Lake Thun Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary - and we've been there right from the start.

Since 2004, we have been equipping the Thunerseespiele in Switzerland with our furniture, which attracts tens of thousands of visitors every year. 

For almost two decades, we have been able to witness unforgettable cultural moments, natural spectacles and enchanting backs every year.

As the name suggests, the performance takes place directly on, or rather IN, Lake Thun in the eponymous town of Thun.

The large stage and grandstands are set up in a shallow bay in the waters of Lake Thun.

The set-up is always accompanied by music as the performers rehearse, giving the venue a very special atmosphere.

The surrounding mountains play a significant part in this.

To ensure that all guests get their money's worth in culinary terms, a large marquee and terrace are erected on the shore of the lake behind the grandstand every year. Food and drinks are conjured up there and our cosy furniture invites you to linger.

We look forward to more incomparable moments in this marvellous setting.
